In this course, we explore storytelling and character through the lens of film and television. Weather you are currently repped, or new to acting, this class works on all of the important elements necessary to continuously produce and deliver quality work. Our curriculum focuses on:

Intro to Acting and Auditioning
In this class we dive into the elements of telling a compelling story through the medium of acting. Learn with other like minded young artists who share the same passions of storytelling.

SUMMER CAMP
ONE WEEK ACTING CAMP FOR STUDENTS 13-18
In this week long summer camp, students will learn all about improvisation and audition technique. Each day is split among multiple instructors focusing on the important elements every young actor should know.

DAY TO DAY BREAKDOWN
Each day is split up in 2 blocks. Everyday begins with Improv to warm you up for Auditioning + Scene Study in the afternoon.

AUDITION TECHNIQUE | with HAMZA FOUAD

DAY 1: Introduction
Get to know your instructors and fellow students through theatre games and fun ice-breakers, before getting to work on important improv fundamentals in the morning, and script analysis in the afternoon. You'll be assigned multiple auditions/ monologues to focus on throughout the week.

DAY 2: Scene Study
Take your auditions and dive into scene study work. You'll also partner up and get it on it's feet!

DAY 3: On Camera Auditioning
On this day, we take what's been learned up to this point and put it all in front of the camera. We will be learning important camera techniques that will ensure the highest quality self tapes.

DAY FOUR: Monologues
We spend this day learning about how to deliver an effective performance through monologues, and film your pieces.

DAY FIVE: Final Auditions
On this day we simulate the casting experience through in person auditioning. Each actor auditions for their respective roles and receive feedback + redirects. We wrap the experience up with an in depth industry chat where we discuss the business of acting and share next steps, should you be interested in pursuing an acting career.
